professionalmanufacturer of precision machining, non-standard parts and mold
fixture. Thecompany has a professional management team with rich experience and
strong ability in designing, developing, testing and manufacturing of different
kinds of parts. The quality control system has passed ISO9001: 2000.
The company has mastered mature processing technology of holes (5mm-1mm)parts,
thin major axis parts, stainless steel and titanium alloy thin-walled parts.The
machining precision of holes can reach to 0.2mm, the thickness of thin-walled
parts is 0.06mm and the precision of exterior can reach to 0.02mm.
In recent years, the company focuses on infrared thermal imaging, and has an
excellent performance on key parts of Stirling cooler,especially on high-precision
grinding of holes shaft parts. The tolerances of shaft parts can be 0.001, holes
parts can be 0.002, proper alignment and cylindricity can reach 0.002, roughness
RA0.05, RP0.15. The processing technology has reached the advanced level in the
world.
The company(Langfang) has more than 2000㎡ of plant areas and equips with all
kinds of first-class production and testing equipments, which include more than
forty precision production equipments, like Germany CNC vertical machining center,
Japanese MAKINO machining center, wire walking, WEDM, Beicun CNC lathe, Taiwan
precision plane and cylindrical grinder, milling machine etc.. We are also
equipped with Taiwan image measuring (quadratic elements), three-coordinates
measuring machine, Swiss TESA MICRO-HITE altimeter etc. and the precision can
be reached to ± 0.001.
The various types of parts and products that the company produces are mainly
used in aerospace, medical, automotive, communications, electronics and other
