In order to effectively improve leader's team performance, to truly realize 

the leader with subordinates  win-win,in January 17, 2013 to March 19, 2013 the 

administrativ epersonnel department organized supervisor carried out a total of 

10period ZhangYiWu speaker’s  training video lectures of “Win-win leadership

-5 kinds of technology to improve leadership”,and on March 21, 2013,  evaluated  

each department head,the supervisor of  CNC Lathe and grinding got good grades.

Able to skillfully use (Diagnostic technology, controlling technology, coach and

motivate the technology, authorizationfive technologies and improve the leadership

is the main purpose of this training.
