May 13- May 14, 2013, the company organized department heads and key employees go to Qingdao to attend a two-day studying tour "Haier comprehensive team-building". In addition to study Haier’s concepts and methods in production and team building, we were also organized to visit Haier’s and Tsingtao Brewery's production site. This study is an important part of the company's annual training plan which reflects the company's determination to carry out standardized management. Meanwhile, it provides a very important reference and demonstration effect for various departments in production management and learning organization.
